ACCESS DATA/SERVER LOGFILES
The supplier (or their webspace provider) collects data (server log files) on every access to the offer. The access data include the name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, transferred data volume, confirmation of successful retrieval, browser type and version, user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider.
The supplier uses the log data only for statistical analysis of operations and security, and for optimization of the offer. However, the supplier reserves the right to review log data if concrete evidence leads to legitimate suspicion of unlawful use.
HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are defined by the Federal Data Protection Act. These data comprise individual details on personal or factual circumstances pertaining to a specific or specifiable natural person. Such data can include, for example, the person's real name, address, telephone number and date of birth. Personal data are collected, utilized and relayed by the supplier only if permitted by law or the user consents to the data collection.
ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTACT
During establishment of contact with the supplier (for example, via e-mail), the user's details are saved for the purpose of processing the current enquiry, as well as any subsequent queries which might arise.
INTEGRATION OF SERVICES AND CONTENT FROM THIRD PARTIES
This online offer might also integrate content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds and images from other websites. For this purpose, the suppliers of such content (referred to hereinafter as "third-party supplier") always need to note the user's IP address, because in its absence, it would not be possible to transmit the content to the user's browser. The IP address is accordingly a prerequisite for presenting such content. We strive to only employ content whose respective provider uses the IP address exclusively to deliver the content. At the same time, have no influence on whether the third-party decides to store IP addresses for statistical purposes, for instance. We notify users of any such measures which become known to us.
COOKIES
When this offer is retrieved by a user, one or more cookies are stored on their computer. A cookie is a small file which contains a certain character string and uniquely identifies the user's browser. This offer utilizes Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google").
